A former U.S. Marine, Matthew served as an Air Traffic Controller for 10 years in Beaufort, SC, where he honed his leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

After transitioning from the military, Matthew returned home and purchased SHINE Support Services with his wife, Taylor. Matthew is instrumental in maintaining the company’s facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. His practical approach, combined with his calm and steady leadership, plays a crucial role in SHINE’s success. Matthew is committed to providing exceptional service to clients and creating a supportive, well-managed environment for the SHINE team.
