Step Inside Our Day Program

Our facilities are thoughtfully designed to bring joy, learning, and independence to every client in our program. Our amenities are as diverse as those we serve! Clients can explore their interests in video games, cinema, puzzles, and games. Our employment support center teaches in-demand trades and our library is fully equipped with books of all reading levels. There is something here for everyone!

Shine Day Programs

  • Our Day Support programs offer structured, engaging activities aimed at promoting life skills, socialization, and community involvement. Whether it’s enhancing communication, learning new skills, or simply enjoying recreational activities, our programs provide meaningful opportunities for growth.

  • Our Supported Employment services provide individuals with the training and support needed to enter and thrive in the workforce. From job coaching and skill development to workplace integration, we work with clients to help them find meaningful employment opportunities that align with their strengths and interests.

  • SHINE’s Community Networking services focus on helping individuals with I/DD connect with resources, local organizations, and community events. We work to ensure that our clients have the support to integrate fully into their communities and lead fulfilling, connected lives.

  • Our Long Term Community Support services are designed to provide ongoing, personalized assistance that helps maintain independence and a strong connection to community. We offer continuous support in areas like health, employment, and socialization to ensure long-term success and well-being.
