Shine Residential

  • An AFL provider is an individual or couple who opens their home to provide residential support for people with disabilities, such as intellectual and developmental disabilities. They offer a nurturing, family-like environment with 24/7 care, helping with daily living, medical appointments, and community integration to foster independence and a higher quality of life.

    At Shine, our AFL providers are chosen for their dedication, compassion, and experience. If you are interested in enrolling a client in our AFL program, or becoming an AFL provider yourself, contact us today!

  • Residential Support provides 24-hour support in a safe, nurturing home environment. Our dedicated DSPs help with daily living skills, medication management, personal care, social activities, and community involvement - all while encouraging each person’s independence and personal goals.

Our group homes are designed to encourage independence while offering a nurturing, caring and empathetic environment where special needs adults can thrive and feel at home.
