Direct Support Professionals provide hands-on support to individuals in residential homes, day programs, and community settings. DSPs assist with daily routines, skill-building, community access, and health and safety needs while following service plans and documenting supports accurately.
Qualified Professionals oversee service planning, monitor service delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. QPs play a key role in coordinating care, reviewing documentation, and supporting staff in implementing plans effectively.
Supervisors and leadership staff provide oversight, coaching, and accountability within programs. These roles support staff performance, address concerns, and help maintain consistency across services and locations.
